Wool Pack OR Pattern and Wool Pack for Little House Mug Rugs, WP210, DIY Rug Hooking, Holiday Coasters, Scrappy House Mug Rugs

Shipping to United States: $7.95

Sorry, this item has sold.

A fun project to hook these four Little House Mug Rugs. It's a great variety pack to hook other projects, too!

Chose you options:
1) Wool Pack alone or
2) Pattern plus Wool Pack (Kit)

Also choose whether you would like your wool uncut OR cut in #8 (1/4" wide) strips.

The wool in this wool pack are not the same exact wools that I used to hook my Little House Mug Rugs. I used leftover strips from my worms basket :)

If you have already purchased the pattern from me, choose just the wool pack with uncut or cut wool. If you purchase the pattern and wool pack, your kit will include the pattern with a color photo, the wool pack and an instruction sheet with tips to finish your rug mugs.

The wool pack includes more than enough wool to hook 4 Little House Mug Rugs and an 1/8 yard for finishing the backs of the mug rugs (see photos). If you choose the option to have the wool cut into #8 (1/4" wide) strips, the 1/8 yard for the backs of the mug rugs wool will not be cut unless you specifically ask for it to be cut.

This kit does NOT include a hook or instructions on how to hook. See below for links to hooking supplies.

There is a generous amount of wool in this wool pack. The amount of wool is based on how much I used to hook these four mug rugs plus extra. If you hook higher or tighter than I do, or with a different cut than #8, you may need extra wool and are welcome to purchase more.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Custom and personalized orders

Please feel free to contact me about special orders by clicking on the "request a custom order" button. I have a lot of inventory that is not listed.

If you are looking for a specific color or texture, I will be happy to check my inventory. If you are able to send a photo, that is a great help to me in understanding what you are looking for.

Special Orders are non returnable. Wool Kits and Wool Packs that have been cut in strips for rug hooking are not refundable.

Designs and patterns that have been customized and/or personalized cannot be returned.

Which Backing Fabric should I choose?

Cotton Monks Cloth is 100% cotton woven with two warp threads and two weft threads has 12 x 13 holes per inch. It is great for hooking with all cuts of wool, from fine to primitive cuts. It is less expensive than primitive linen.

Primitive linen is 100% linen, the most durable backing fabric. It is more expensive than other backing fabrics. The evenly spaced weave of 12 x 12 threads per inch makes it great for all primitive cuts, #7 and wider.
Beginners usually have an easier time hooking with linen.

Both are fine and long lasting choices for the backing to support and make your hooked rug durable. I use both types, but usually choose linen for larger projects.

Do you refund shipping overage charges?

Yes, if the difference is $3.00 or more. Etsy calculations, especially on orders with multiple items, can add up to more than the actual shipping. I will let you know when your order is ready to ship if you will be receiving a shipping refund.
